    @daniel 97

    Prime even controls the disassembled body parts with his mind. He uses his disembodied arm to blast Devastator.

    Jazz was ripped in half, Bee disassembled himself. Jazz had broken pieces and Bumblebee didn't.

    Yup, and he can remotely control his limbs. He uses them to trip Megatron up in that episode.

    I was really missing how Transformers can assemble and disassemble themeselves. That is one of my favourite Transformer traits from G1 cartoons and comics (and Beast Wars, and Animated :p ).

    Don't know if anyone mentioned it, but what if it's the combiner technology? They disassemble to combine or in the case of Bumblebee to reassemble.

    The scene looked more like a trap for TRF. They think they got Bumblebee, they spill their secrets, Bumblebee pulls together. Cade doesn't seem surprised at all.

    I don't think it's combiner tech, I might be a natural ability of Cybertronians, they just don't do it that often because it leaves them vulnerable to getting their components destroyed. If the head gets blown up it's game over. I think the reason it worked on TRF was because they were not expecting it.

    Yeah, I think so, too. A Transformer would know that trick and how to counteract it, so the ability is rather useless in combat scenario. It may have some uses off the battlefield.

    Anyone think this adds to bees combiner possibilities? There's the rid bee combiner but people have speculated that he may combine with hot rod. It's a weird development that's for sure...especially as his eyes hanging out, but he can't repair a voice box?!?

    THEORIES:

    1.) KSI Technology. hence, "Transformium" or "part of it" got integrated to Bee's upgrade. (pulling parts together) Heck, Joshua Joyce is now allied with Cade and the Autobots.
    2.) Headmaster Tech. Probably Cogman is driving Bee. Somehow Cogman's "spark" integrated with Bee's? Remember how Prime pulled Jetfire's parts?
    3.) Michael Bay. Probably he did something "out of the TF lore" fans never know.
    4.) Because there will be a Bee spin-off film. Bee must not die for future films.

    Presumably this new ability is something that's gonna feature in the toys, and to be honest i don't care how it comes about. After what's come before with combiners and cubeformers, it's not totally crazy.

    But it is new, and there has to be an explanation. If there isn't it'll just be another BS box to tick on the movieverse. But I think there will be.

    Transformers was so ahead of its time! Even then they were thinking about bluetooth!

    I think Bumblebee using Spark of Combination is a gift given to the Autobots by Primus

    Yes, I don't get it why people are getting worked up over it. Robots that transform seamlessly into vehicles, makes perfect sense. Robots that can temporarily split into individual components? No way, that just takes things way to far. Suspension of disbelief is now nuked.
