Got Ripped Off

Sent money for figures almost 3 weeks ago,last PM said money arrived and items paid for would be shipped out,havent gotten figures,asked for refund and havent gotten any replies.-Never replied back,took money and dissapeared.

 

Bought some BM Dinos at the end of March and nothing. No replys to PM's or in Paypal.
