On eBay: Yes. In Australia: Yes. In the USA: Give it a week or so. In the rest of the world: No. Actually, I think there might be a few other countries that have 08 BB, though I can't remember which ones. Not Canada.
A lot of online retailers are getting it in left and right. BBTS just got in their preorders and subsequently sold out. I've got one coming from a preorder this week. Also, the price isn't as bad as eBay prices, but you may just want to wait for him to show up at retail sense he's not going to be shortpacked. The only reason I got him online was because I already had some store credit with BBTS so it was like getting him almost for free.
I have a strong feeling that it'll come out this week. The TRU that I work at is literally getting 102 pieces and I don't think that it'll all be from the previous wave. Of course, I could be wrong since there is a sale...
I would say to go out this weekend. Someone said something about July 14th. I'm going out on Friday or Saturday. I need 08 BB.
