This is a warning to anyone who is reading this who is American. Prime episode 21 and 22 has not aired yet on the Hub. So if you Don't want to read what I'm about to say about Bulkhead and Ratchet, turn back. Who would you rather have? A Brainy Bulkhead or a Toughy Ratchet? As of the previous episodes aired on Teletoon, It seems like Bulkhead and Ratchet switched places each episode. Episode 21, The lovable cuddly Wrecking ball Bulkhead had been shot with a container which made him smart, Almost like when Sam(from the Transformers movie) had a meltdown, or when Grimlock became smart(I didn't watch that episode, but I saw clips). Episode 22, After the intelligent, Medical officer Ratchet obsorbed some kind of green Energon, he became reckless and tough(like I had to compare him with the Animated Ratchet). It's kinda wierd that it was like they switched places. Now imagine if it remained permanent (I'm not talking about the causes of results they mentioned will happen). Bulkhead could end up doing the energon recharges and repairs, while Ratchet will be all Smash, Bang, Pound on the battle field.
Toughy Ratchet, but not so tough to where he goes crazy and is a dick. Just have him be able to fight like a bawse when he needs to.
Tough Ratchet too. He's a medic, I'd imagine he knows how to take a bot apart efficiently, and that even without SynthEn he has the surgeon's dexterity needed to strike quick deathblows.
You do realize we Americas can watch these episodes on YouTube right? I don't even get the Hub so I watch the episodes as soon as they appear online.
Bulkhead with knowledge occupying his cranium is just as boring as a voiceless Bumblebee—who on Earth would ever want that? Ratchet or Bust!
I like Roid Ratchet a lot better, but I'd say Brainy Bulk would be more realistic. It's just so... weird to see an old robot with a giant backpack doing ninja moves and jumping off trees. That's just me though.
I prefer to have a character who isn't a lets go kill something type of person. I find a sensible person more relatable.
Can I have both? I really like Bulkhead being smart and Ratchet having some battle readiness etc. I think it can add new storylines and potential new developments. For example, Bulkhead struggling against what other Cybertronians have thought about him in the past to become a great scientist. And then there's Ratchet who's conflicted between his need to protect life and his new tasks of taking it away.
Neither. While Ratchet being a badass in that episode was awesome. It was a little over the top for me. But I understand it had to be to show the viewer just how serious the formula is. And now of course it's in the hands of Knockout.
Yeah fair point, but I still appreciate the warning. I stayed away from the you tube video until I learned that these weren't airing until September. Otherwise I was going to wait and watch them in hd on tv.
