So I got my nightbeat conversion set from reprolabels in last week (example here)

I decided to make mine a little more Nightbeat, so I turned the legs around and switched the hips too (this does not affect the transformation). Later I found out I wasnt as original when I found this:

I painted the face gold, left the eyes alone. Oh and the horns a a bit of detail black too.

Personally I like the silver better opposed to the yellow limbs, though the yellow limbs scream Nightbeat.

let me know what you think!

*EDIT*I'm going to put some repro autobot insignias on the seats, just a bit more detail.

Pretty Schwanky man... I dig it!

Yeah, the yellow does scream Nightbeat, but the Grey makes me think of maybe a uniform instead of Detective clothes.... if that makes sense.

Looks good, but what do you mean you switched the hips? They look the same in the photos.

Well if you just turn around the whole pelvis module you get the screws on the front and the knees are bending backwards. I switched the hips/upperlegs so that the screws are shown in the back and the knees bend normally.

iDD...... I agree that the yellow is more Nightbeat, I might still do that

Ah, I see now. You swapped the legs in a different spot than I did. I just took apart the lower part of the legs and swapped those around, basically ending up with the same end result. :)

    What's reading? :banghead:

Anyways, I really like your take on Nightbeat. A little something classic and a little something new and creative: the essence of this line. Awesome man!

. . . now just make some more customs! :thumb

(and I'd love to get this reprolabels set, btw :D )
