Bruticus maximus- not sutable for those under 18-due to sharp spikes

Here he is!!! The Brutal Bruticus....

you can see the Constructicons here:
    http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/radicons-customs/336042-combaticons.html

the lack of a chest shield has bugged me for this guy. So, incorporating the FP idea of making the parts have purpose in all modes, the chest chest folds in on the sides and the "stomach" folds up to be come a "plow and grill" to protect Onslaught from moose in the road...or autobots......

I think the shield was from an Ultra Magnus or something. I cut it up and added the con logo, the retracting plow, and the metal spikes from thumb tacks.

It rotates to fit on the truck mode and the flips to go onto Bruticus. The sides fold out to cover the sides of the chest...

    Thanks guys.

By the way, THANK YOU FANSPROJECT...THIS UPGRADE KIT IS AWESOME!!!

Not sure if I'm digging the new chestplate, but I totally get the reason & vibe you were going for.
It's a nice upgrade to an already killer upgrade kit.

I am designing one now that would fit on the regular kit...I may even cast some and sell them....no spikes of course:)  or until someone else reads this and beats me to it;)

Thanks dude....you know, those moose can be killer on the roads at high speed...saw it on Mythbusters...

well feel free to send me some...:)

lol ...As with most of my stuff, it seems my ideas to step out a little are a like it or leave type additions....I think the spikes are the determining factor in this case...I dig it...

I hear you on that. You can't learn how far you can push, until you've gone to far.
Not that you've gone to far here, it could very well just be the spikes that are throwing me off.
Just put me in the "undecided" group for now.

Still digging everything else you have done.

wish i had all these extra parts that i see all of you using to make these combiners. this looks amazing. he's all bulky and done with the right amount of mass.

i feel that you have your own style with your work and this is one trait that i admire.

I really like it, especially on onslaught's truck mode, but I'm not sure about the nails. They leap out at me saying, "Hey! We are nails!" and break the illusion.

Maybe if they were a bit shorter or less uniform or less perfectly round.

    Paint job is great though!

I gotta say I'm with NP on this one.
I think the nails are a bit too much.
Going a bit more into it from tabtiurf, I'd say make them alot shorter. I would have gone more for the pyramid style spikes instead of round as well.

Otherwise really cool idea, I too had been wondering about a chest plate and this could be on the "to get" list if you do your own. ;)

LOL I don't think it's very safe for most people over 18 either.

The chestplate really does finish off Bruticus though. Looks great. You bringing this over next week or would you have to get a concealed weapons permit?

Thanks dude....he no longer feels like you sig:)

    thanks man..
Thanks man...it's all good...you know my feeling never get hurt when people speak what they think.... now if it was awful, I would hope people would tell me! HAHA...

tHANKS BRO...That is what I was going for...BRUTal...BRUTicus...

Yeah, this ROTF kit has gotten CRAZY expensive now that FP has released these parts....I am glad I bought them early in the year...

I appreciate the feedback about what you like... and I like to add my little "touch" to things I do...

If I can get around to it, I will post it up here first!

    it's all good!!
Thanks for the feedback....here was the short story for the spikes...I kind of pictured Starscream or one of the other combaticons sharpening metal like 6" metal piping or something...I am always writing stories in my head about the customs I build...lol....<----nerd..

That is a cool idea about the shorter triangle spikes.....

haha...thanks dude, I will be bringing it:) !!

YEAH DUDE, THIS IS A FUN CUSTOM FOR SURE!
