Eh... how many times did Prime come back in G1? Even after presumably forming part of the Matrix...

Beast Wars had its share of revivals too...

Animated had Optimus dead once... only to be saved by Sari and her key.

There's more examples... but tbh it's probably enough to warrant that if the Spark's reignited, something might still be there.

It could be that Breakdown would come back if they revive his body, but it'd be unbenownst to MECH. Or the data/memory tracks stored in his body could have side effects on Silas once he's booted into the bot's body... etc...

Who knows... but interesting.

MECH could also even find a means of reviving/controlling whatever consciousness of Breakdown remains... After all, with just the T-Cog and some input from Starscream, they made a Transformer. In such a short time they created a lifeless clone of Prime.

Silas/Breakdown could even be used as a plant so they can steal some Decepticon Tech. Granted, I'm not sure Silas' ego would appreciate having Breakdown pretty much in control and roaming with his 'Con buddies again... but who knows.

I do hope they consider the option of making Breakdown live up to the name in the psychological sense... if it's straight-up just Silas in a new body they'll miss out on quite the opportunity.

BTW... these Yugi-Oh comparisons disturb me. A LOT. Plz stop. >_>

I personally like the thought it kinda reminds me of "Autobot Spike".

Hopefully BD will come back and gets his revenge on Silas once and for all.

I'm not crazy about the "headmaster" idea but I'm open to options or suggestions.

in prime when a character dies....they stay dead...unless they become a zombie then they are the living dead.

 

Because the writers said (and later said specifically for Cliffjumper) that when a character dies they stay dead

 

If they whip out Duel Disks I'm done.

But regardless, bold and risky it may be but if they do it, or something similar where both minds fight it out and go crazy, it'd help cement Prime as a really good show.

Could this be anything like that G2 storyline in the comics where I think it was Ratchet and Megatron co-inhabiting the same body.

So this version would have Silas now in control of Breakdowns body but a hint of his spark remains and fights Silas for control.
