So far these two haven't appeared in the serires yet, all we know aside from VA's is that Breakdown is a giant bruiser type. What role do you want these two to take in the series?

Personally I want them to take on a Bulk & Skull type role as a comedy duo.

Jeff Kline's Jackie Chan show had HILARIOUS villain groups, so I'm also hoping that Breakdown and Knockout become our "Funny Duo".

I hope Knockout is actually a female Decepticon.

Well I think I can unfortunatley see the "ever so clumsy" Breakdown character from a mile away due to his comic appearance. As for Knockout, not sure really given that his will be the first ever on-screen incarnation of the character (minus his Mini-con incarnation in Armada).

Breakdown was clumsy in the comic? If you mean showing up to completely burn people up with gigantass rocket launchers clumsy, then yeah maybe.

Mmmmm, I reckon he may be the Animated Bulkhead of the Decepticons but then again I have been completely wrong on some occasions......*cough* Perceptor*cough*

My only concern is if they're incidental characters. I would love for them to stick around - the Decepticon cast seems to be lacking thus far. Would have been really, really cool if Animated favourites like Swindle and Lockdown were around more often, I'd like to see Adam Baldwin on the show as a regular.

I think Animated was much more worse in the first season about setting up a cast of enemies. I mean, they introduced the whole group of Decepticons and then made them vanish in favor of a slew of forgettable humans.

Also, weren't Swindle and Lockdown only in about 3 episodes each?

    Yes they were.

And the Angry Archer wasn't even CLOSE to being forgettable! Take it back!

Pretty much, I think they tried to make the Decepticon threat as big as possible by limiting their activity particularly in the first season. Swindle was in 2 episodes and Lockdown was in 3. Very incidental but were fan favourites because of their characterization. Would like to see Prime fix that. I wouldn't mind some incidental characters but please bolster Decepticon ranks =)

Considering what was said about CGI models beign expensive and stuff, I think any new Prime character that shows up will stick around for a bit. I even expect Cliffjumper to show up more in some way or another to make up for his cost.

They could definitely revive him by repainting Cliffjumper's model, giving him a Decepticon name, and a new voice actor. Are you reading this Hasbro? You can get a repaint out of this.

Swindle was technically in 3, but since he was stuck as a vehicle in one and didn't speak, it's really only 2.

They could be there but in the background, I just hope they're prevalent enough. For example, Season 3 of BM was 13 episodes long they basically had to use Depthcharge and Dinobot 2 as much as possible to make back value from their renders. I wonder if they even got enough use from Tigerhawk or Megatron (dragon)

Fred Willard deserved more talk time! =(

Adam Baldwin is a great voice actor btw, that's all more reason for me to want Breakdown up there.

    Daran Norris isn't bad either!

From what I've seen from screen caps of the comic, it's looking to me that Breakdown is going to be the heavy muscle of the Decepticons. I wouldn't be too surprised if him and Bulky end up paired up as rivals.

Exactly. And TFP is only 2 episodes in. Lets give the show some time.
