These are old and very late and honestly I don't have time to be posting these, but whatever.

Anyways, odd thing to throw out there, but if there's someone interested in working with me who's good at modeling, PM me. I don't have the skills to be modeling these myself, but I'm taking a realistic approach with these.

I would do a highlighted guide to the transformation sequence, but honestly still very behind on things.

If you remember, last time I posted something like this, it was target masters. I'm increasing the complexity of my designs.

EDIT: Will PM my thoughts instead.

    Designs look nice, though.

Really enjoy these new designs, I only wish I could draw mine as well as you can. I'm sure you've said this before, but what are your thoughts on making these through Shapeways?

Unfortunately I'm very, very inexperienced with modeling and have no idea how to do it.

Have you thought about trying to commission these designs from some of the 3D modelers here, like Treadshot or Fakebuster?

Thanks for the shout out, Weeklyhero.

I've already PM'd Tedimus Prime regarding the 2 designs, and there are a fair few flaws that i spotted, which is why i PM'd him instead of posting here. I didn't want to mess up people's opinions based on what was very obviously old and (in the best sense of the word) shoddy engineering.

If it were to be done, i'm sure both could be made, though at the scale he's suggesting, some sacrifices would have to be considered (namely the Auto-morph in Cosmos, and Brawn's roof being simplified). Still, would be a cool project to see. I just worry a bit about some of the sections, and actually, you've reminded me i forgot to tell Tedimus Prime that Brawn's head wouldn't work either, though that's a simple fix.

I'm starting to fiddle around with a rough model for brawn - while I agree that the hinge arrangement for the roof may be tricky to get working I don't see a problem with getting the head to slide out - granted I don't have experience with translating models to physical forms. I'll post pics if I get something worth showing.

These sketches are primarily conceptual, but I'm going go (time permitted) thow together some sketches that more in detail show some of the hinge workings etc. I'll let you know.

Tedimus, I think I can throw together a Cosmos for you if you want. I'm looking at the sketch you have now and I see a UFO of about 15mm thickness (give or take, I'm just going off the top of my head here) that could work. I'm not sure about any AutoMorph, but the transformation I think I could make work. PM me about it if you want. :)  if you need examples of my work, please see my thread in Fan Art, especially the recent Insecticar models.

    EDIT: Just noticed this.

There seems to be an error in your sketch. Look at how the front section of Cosmos' chest continues in step 2. It suddenly gets truncated in step 3.

I can work around it, but...well, it's impossible to stay 100% accurate to your design when you clearly have plastic disappearing into thin air! [IMG]
