I wish this wasn't so expensive. I REALLY want this figure.

The Paltabor robots are so well designed. This looks like it puts the Revoltech version to shame.

$100-120 probably, for the Griffon. You could probably get the Ingram for a teensy bit less, since new ones have been announced and retailers will probably want to try and move the old ones before the new ones arrive.

I really, really want to convince myself that I need the Brave Gokin Ingram and Griffon... but they're hella expensive for their size. So tempting, though...

Thanks for the reply, dude...they do look good but their prices aren't attractive at all! LOL! By the way,, what do you mean "new ones" are coming? Is the Ingram going to be reissued?

They're also making ones with the "Flak Jackets" from the movies.

I oopsed on the pricing. It looks like $100-120 is too optimistic... $120-140 is closer there, and I've only really found one seller who's even got the ingrams in stock for a decent price. Blar.

Gah! No $! No $! I made the mistake of passing the Ingram up because I was disappointed with CMS earlier releases like the GGG - bad mistake on my part! Bah!

Well, for that price (or a tad more) I justified the SOC Gunbuster I just bought, but I just cant pay that right now for this figure, but oh man, do I want it. Maybe if I get a decent raise this year.

Wow, if you got Gunbuster for even remotely in the region of 120-140 you got yourself a HELL of a steal!:thumbs2:

Haha, well no, more like $180, but I see what I get for that price, and what you get for the Griffon at it's price, and it's hard to justify.

It's nice to see the Patlabor robots getting so much love, considering how old the series is. :)

I prefer the Ingram over the Griffin though. The Griffin may be all streamlined and sinister, but the Ingram has a nice 'character' to it.

    I love them all. :)

I actually also really like the Type Zero. It is one of the best Revoltechs produced, IMO. I wish the Type Zero got more love.

Well, the AV-0 (not the prototype AV-X0 version, but the mass produced version of the type-0) is going to get a release by CM's. No diecast, though, but at least the Ingram and Griffon will have a playmate.

Maybe without the metal he will actually be affordable.

6,825 Yen MSRP for the plastic version vs. 12,800 Yen for the Brave Ingrams, so yeah, about half the price. Still pricey for an all-plastic figure, but there you go.

Holy crap. So I was in my local comic shop today, and they get these grab-bag boxes of random toys and stuff, and I see a Brave Gokin Ingram from CM's. I didn't even know about these until last week when I first saw the Griffon review.

So anyway, the tag on the box says $170, and I'm like um....ok. I talk to the owner and he gives it to me for $90. Not too shabby. :)  I'll take pics soon.

It's cool, but I'll keep my Revoltech version.
