Maybe if he would have painted the tip of the 2 inch toy gun orange, then the principal would have known it was a toy. Dumbass kid.

Kids are smaller than adults, right? So a tiny bullet would be just as damaging to their underdeveloped frames as a full-sized bullet is to an adult, right? Is that what they were going for?

When i read the title i expected a plastic toy gun that looked realistic... Then I would be on the school side.

    this is sheer stupidity..

Agreed. I totally expected like a cap gun or something, not a two-inch long gun.

"The school should be embarrassed. This is a common-sense issue." No shit.

Yeah, those were the days. Now, if you did that the cops would be called and you'd be carried off in handcuffs.

Not the first time t his happened when will these parents learn that their kids NEED to understand that gun/knife props aren't permissible in school? There are repercussions for bringing these things to school.

He brought a gun that fits in the hand of a lego figure. Seriously, the consequences should be that his parents get him some real GI Joes.

Kid was clearly planning on murdering innocent Lego men and deserves to be behind bars.

When I was in middle school we had the chance to take a target practice elective.

That shows you how much things have changed (and not for the better).

I know man! He could have swallowed that thing and choked or something. Lego sized guns are just as deadly if not more than the life sized counterpart.

My school still has an official on-campus Rifle Club.

But fuck, having a firing range in the school as a class would be kickass.
