I think executing him outright might be a bit, unneccesary. There are far worse things one could be made to endure. Lock him in prison, no bail, no parole, no visitors, nothing. Solitary confinement, till he dies. And let that serve as a lesson to the rest of the child-beaters out there. Personally I think he should be beaten to death in the same fashion, see how he likes it.
You're merciful. I'd have him anally raped and beaten near death, nursed to health, then raped and beaten again, and so on for the rest of his natural lifespan. It's my impression that most of the people who would beat a child to death don't really pay attention to current events.
So put him in jail for a year. Let him get the living shit kicked out of him every day. DO NOT SEPARATE HIM, OR PUT HIM IN SOLITARY CONFINEMENT FOR HIS OWN SAFETY. Then take him out again, and microwave what's left of him.
Yeah... "look you killed a child, so we're gonna lock you in a dark room for a while..." If not for that last statement you made, I would have called you a pussy... Punishment should fit the crime....
This is why I want to be a cop, so I can catch worthless pieces of crap like that and through them in jail. I might lose my badge on the first day for executing the piece of F'ing shit the moment I catch him. Child molesters and abusers need to be shot, stabbed, drowned to an inch of their lives, rapped by a few hundred prison inmates, and then given the chair while getting the needle at the same time. (Pardon my language on this post, but this makes me mad hearing this type of things happening)

I took care of my three little cousins a lot before I was twenty-three years old. And yeah, on rare occassion I couldn't take it. You know what I did? I'd say I had to go to the bathroom and step away for about five minutes, catch my breath, then head back into it and deal. I didn't break out the fists of death. There's snapping, and then there's *SNAPPING*. And that dude deserves anything BUT solitary confinement.
That entirely depends on whether this guy was designated as the legal guardian by the mother. It's entirely possible since the real father was already deployed to Iraq. If he was designated as the legal guardian, then the mother shouldn't be charged. If not, then they could possibly get her for gross negligence or something like that.
