Now I'm wondering what this 1 detail that's holding things up is  

The way I see it it's either 1)Sorting out final logistics on the Hasbro tour or 2)The final logistics of an advance movie screening.

 

3)Arranging more sets of exclusives because it appears there may be more primus packages that need to be covered.

One can hope...

 

how much does a primus package cost?

 

We do not know yet. Last year it was $275.

 

$275 US or CANADIAN funds i,d get it if i knew for shure about a classics repant of starscream to thunder cracker all though $275 is a lot to pay for a deluxe repainted transformer

 

That would be US funds. It might be more this year. We should find out very soon what the toys and the costs are.

 

So what does the primus package include, this will be my first botcon. I keep hearing that the exclusive sets are 300 bucks for the boxed set and another 100-150 for the attendance exclusives. Does the primus package include the box set? Any info you can give me would be appreciated. I am using a timeshare to attend.

 

Primus Package pretty much includes: admission to the 'con for all 4 days, early bird admission to the Dealer Room on Friday, the exclusive 5 figure box set, admission to all the panels and autographs, and many other perks that vary from year to year. We won't know exactly what the package will include this year until registration forms are available.

 

Just got off the phone (cancelling my Rumble pre-order, thanks to MikeTSI!), and while they wouldn't give me a solid date for registration forms, she suggested it would be NLT a few weeks.

Of course, that's basically what they told me in late February when I placed said pre-order.

 

Ugh, and that's what they told me when I called to renew on March 5th, a few weeks...

 

I know, it's killing me. I understand they're trying to make this a great BotCon, but arranging travel plans, vacation days, etc., this is a real pain in the ass. 3 months for final prep is cutting it too damn close.
