Oh thank god. Jazz is AWESOME. I like Grimmy too.

This is so much nicer after the starscream from a few mins ago.

 

The news is coming fast and furious tonight. Glad I got my Primus package in early.

 

I'm not to keen on the mold for Jazz, but boy does it looks good there.
And strangely is the closest to his original G1 than the rest.

Though I do love the 'Kill to Win' on the wheel arch.

 

wow, "kill to win", if it still says that when these guys are being sold at botcon, then jazz will be the only one i want. no too big on the nemesis grimlock.

 

I love the "Massacre Racing" logo.  

 

I just made a comment in the other thread about "the Autobots look nice so far," but now that I've seen this, I can say I like ALL of them.

The only thing I dont like about Jazz is inherent in the mold itself; the chest is too big. But the head is perfect (even better than the Alternator) and the color scheme rocks.

Grimlock looks very Trypticon inspired. I think it's better than his normal color scheme.

I already liked Prime and Goldbug. Now we just need to see Rodimus (and the 2nd 2-pack and the freebie?)

Of course, I still cant actually buy any of this  

 

Jazz doesn't look all that evil.
Other than the "Mean" Headlight Eyebrows and the slogans.

 

So far they all look like ass. I'm hugely let down, especially after how nice last year's looked.

Grimlock in Trypticon colors is pretty pimp, too.
Dang, screw what I said about not caring about missing out on the Iacon package...

 

why is Jazz the only one in his Geewun colors??? and not all black and evil or something?

Yeah, I was a bit surprised a how little his color scheme differs from his "good" counterparts.

Even Goldbug has enough color-scheme difference from his G1 self to say "evil." For Jazz, it's more a matter of reading the slogans....

 

Jazz doesn't look any different than normal. Grimlock looks silly. I don't need this set.

 

Don't really care for Jazz. He doesn't share the evil look the others have.

 

I would imagine that Jazz looks so "normal" is so that people can put him with the regular classics Autobots and have him not look out of place.

 

Well.
I'm not a bit impressed with any of them, to be honest. Grimlock looks average, and "bad guy" Jazz just looks like "good guy" Jazz with a couple of silly slogans on him. Goldbug has the colour scheme of a cigarette packet, and Prime, although by far the best, still does nothing for me. Add to that the hugely disappointing "good guy" Starscream and the tremendously fanwanky backstory, and I see a set that is less than nothing on last year's.

 

Jazz is cool, Op is cool, Grimlock is shit (G2 colour scheme sucks!) Goldbug is cool and the screamer on ebay is okay, so thats 5 bots I suppose thats it for the set now oh well
