No but since they're not in the box, its obvious they'll be in the bags.

There is no suitable Mini-Con to repaint for Leozack. They can't use last year's Mini-Cons either since they were used last year.

We've been spoiled by the botcon sets in 2007 and 2008. Along with Kup these two look like ass-tastic pieces of garbage. Why the hell would they revert back to the energon crap after they gave us the most amazing Classics repaints known to man? At the very least they should've repianted something from the Animated or 2007 movie lines.

That repaint is meh. I like Kup best.

Too bad I can't go to Botcon this year. Maybe next year they will be closer to my area.

Becaaaause they CAN'T repaint anything from the Movie (rights are partially tied up with ILM/Paramount/Dreamworks) or Animated (too recent), and won't reuse molds they just used last year.

:banghead:  The movie toys are completely off limits to FP due to Dreamworks IP/licensing. Animated and Universe are believed to have not been options since they were too recent/still in production when FP was making their toys. So it pretty much comes done to reverting to "energon crap" or "armada crap". Pick your poison.

Those two make me very much happier about this set. We're only 3 characters and 2 moulds in the set and the range of cast is already wider than any of the previous sets.

And now I really cant waitto see Thunderclashes colours.

They used the Classics Prime mould last year. I'd like to think they wouldn't use it again this year. They've also used both Classics Seeker moulds, Jetfire, Grimlock, Bumblebee, Rodimus, and the beast Minicons.
I'm expecting/hoping to see NONE of them in this year's set.

    Those are fantastic looking!

I wonder if they'll make the rest of the Liokaiser team. All they did was open up a big can of worms and they better deliver on it. :ev:

"Leozack" looks very nice and I love the "ice" aesthetic with him; both of the Energon swords are neat too. Skyquake...ugh. I know, it matches the original toy's colour scheme, but it still looks like a mess. I'm still not won over on this set, though, and I think I'll pass on it this year.

I would love that. :D  I wonder what kind of history did Leozack and Skyquake have together?

I still hope to see Classics Astrotrain as one of the other bagged toys. That is one of the most recent molds they can use. They could also use the Classics deluxe two-pack Optimus Prime vs. Megatron figures too if they chose to and any of the remaining Classics Mini-Cons that weren't released last year.

But really, there are better Energon and Cybertron deluxes than the deluxe Classics leaders. I'd still like to see the Astrotrain mold used again.

There's also Cybertron and the first Classics. Even though most of the last 2 years sets had toys from those lines, there are still alot of good toys that can be used.
