According to Brian Savage this year the BotCon dinner will be a buffet. He says he tried this out at the recent Joe Con and it was well recieved. Now it's just a matter of what choices there are

Thats all part of the pre reg right? Part of the Primus package at least?

Because I don't recall seeing an extra fee for dinner.

Ya, if you got the Primus package, then you are all set. The dinner is part of the package.

Good idea. The dinner last year was alright, but there really should have been choices as to what you wanted to eat.

Probably why he tried it on the Joe crowd first.People at last year's Botcon probably mentioned the lack of choice enough for him to try it out.

And nothing gives you more choices then a Buffet :)

Hmm now I wonder what the choices will be

Great, I'll be there. Word of advice though, make sure to get in line in front of me if you want to eat...otherwise I can't promise there'll be much left!

Feel free to eat double your share, since I'm forced to pay for a dinner in my non-attendee package. Second helpings are on me.

My bet is there will be a beef dish, a chicken dish, a pasta dish, vegetables, rolls.

Its Kentucky they better not try to serve fish! :puke:

At least now, we don't have to wait for ten minutes or more to get our food. Poor Kevin, never did get his ketchup for his steak when he asked.

Yeah now we just have to wait in a long line or wait for our table to be called. :p

At my last high school reunion, they had two buffet lines one on each end of the gym, and they had the salad, desert and fruit cup on the table when you arrived. Even then we still had to wait 10 - 15 minutes to have our table called.

Not if you meet up and stick with me :D

It does make the time fly by if you've got some nice people to chat with doesn't it?

Well it'll be IMPOSSIBLE to be a loner at the dinner since you'll be sharing a table with a group of people no matter what.

So don't worry about being a loner :)
