It looks like the 70's threw up on it. maybe it'll dry before Botcon. To bad I wont be there.

 

What the fuck is this bullshit, that looks awful. Why did they not use Onslaught? Or re-mold the head? The original figure is much better, and thing is 17 years old. Definite pass this year.

 

Genius. But Onslaught is bigger so costs more to make.

not trying to be pushy or anything but do I get a news credit? I've always wondered how you get one.

 

Wonder why FunPub has all the pics on their server and so easy to find? They really needed a remolded head for that thing.

Sure, it looks like the colors are faithful but still... especially since Onslaught's mold has not seen nearly as much use as you would have expected by now. Ah well.

 

The botcon giftset box wouldve been too big. I knew he was going to be smaller than pyro, but damn.

*scratches chin* Now, that looks very photoshopped. Much more apparently rough and "unfinished-looking" than the images we usually see for the BotCon toys. And the small mould seems ill-fitting for someone who should be a crazy-powerful Decepticon leader that's supposed to be opposite numbers with a Voyager-sized repaint. But it DID come from the BotCon site - it's not up, but it was found the same way Streetwise's pics were, by substituting the character's name in the filenames used for the other pictures already up. After the Streetwise "leak" is it possible... could it BE... that FP screwing with us by putting this up, EXPECTING someone to guess the address, and it's actually not real?

 

I love the idea but this is one time I think the fans did a better job in the art area

 

Theoretically, you're supposed to use the "submit news" link at the bottom of the front page (hasn't worked for me the last few times I've done it, including when I tried to tell the powers-that-be about this very item about an hour ago).

 

Maybe this set is one extended April Fool's joke? That'd be nice, because if not I am going to guess it will be even less popular than last year's set.

 

I don't believe it....it's gotta be a fake...no way they would release pics of 2 figures within days of each other. There's a 10+ day count between pics of the first 2....my opinion is this is a photoshop joke

 

And thank goodness it's not Tankor but Onslaught..

 

Technically, neither of these has been released yet, in the sense that there's still no link at BotCon.com.

I'll be the first to admit this one looks pretty digibashy.
