    Wheelie and Cyclonus were very nice, but not technically eligible, as I believe they've won a contest before.

    It seems, based on the contest winners of the last 3 years, that originality is indeed a big criteria. Either that or something that is completely scratchbuilt and based on a design that Hasbro has not made yet (e.g. TWW Grimlock from 2005, HoS Megatron from 2006, and HoS Bumblebee this year).

    It seems, based on the contest winners of the last 3 years, that originality is indeed a big criteria. Either that or something that is completely scratchbuilt and based on a design that Hasbro has not made yet (e.g. TWW Grimlock from 2005, HoS Megatron from 2006, and HoS Bumblebee this year).

    I thought it IS published, each year, and includes the breakdown of scoring as well.
