^ I think my point still stands though. It's an Optimus-y design, and one I like, but it's not OPTIMUS PRIME the way that the original character model and toy are. The Laser Prime body has been Optimus Primal and it has been Scourge, and it has been a source of inspiration, but Laser Prime has never played the character of Optimus Prime.

I like this mold and own it already (and I own Car Robots Black Convoy) but I have always wanted the mold to be used for, if not Scourge, some sort of non-Optimus truck-former swordsman. This would seem to qualify, but I also wouldn't mind seeing it as Motormaster.

 

The design of Optimus Prime in the end of issue 12 of Marvel G1 was the G2 Hero toy, but colored like the G1 toy - blue lower legs, no yellow stripes, or the words OPTIMUS PRIME on the chest.

 

Optimus Prime took his face! So SG Optimus are movie Optimus... same guy?

 

I don't typically think of 'Usurper' as a rank or job title.

 

It's not, and it's a pretty ridiculous name.

I can just imagine someone listing a job as 'Usurper Specialist' or battling hard in war to earn the rank of Usurper....

Yah,why is Ultra Magnus called Usurper Warlord,weird name.

 

At least they explain the the super weird head sculpt in the bio.
