So with BotCon 2 weeks away, what do you all think Hasbro will reveal toy wise in the TF Prime RID line and the FOC Generations line? Anything new?
Dreadwing? Breakdown? more Weaponizers? FOC Grimlock??

 

Things that'll make people go "OMG, I came." and things that'll make people go "OMG, Hablow so stoopid."

 

Probably a bunch of stuff we've already seen or has been shown in prototype form at other conventions. Maybe one or two small surprises but my hopes are VERY low it will be anything too exciting.

 

Few new things, if any at all. With both the cybertroncon and the toy scans from the korean\japanese leaflet with dreadwing and RID dlx wave 04, I don't think there's many new things to show us.

I'm not expecting much from Hasbro. With all of the reveals from other conventions I feel like we've seen nearly everything slated to come. I will gladly eat my words though ... I would prefer they throw us a few treats unlike last year.

From a Hasbro perspective it seems like we as a community learn much more through messaboards and official/unofficial reveals via product catalogs, Asian toyfair's, etc., then we ever do from local stuff. I personally thought NYTF 2012 was a huge bust in the 'reveal' department and I can only imagine that BotCon will follow that pattern. If I'm wrong then I'm happy to be so, but my expectations aren't very high right now that we'll see much in the way of 'NEW' until SDCC.

 

Really? I keep hearing about all these Generations figures they are coming out with but all I have seen is just a handful of FOC toys. i don't keep up with everything so did I miss somethng?? Anymore "Classic" type Generations coming? I don't want Cybertron modes...

 

Hope to see some of the other generations toys.

 

It's just speculation on my part, but I wouldn't be surprised if all of these Asia market exclusives are what's going to be revealed to us. This along with a lot of the Prime stuff we've seen already

Again, speculation on my part, and it's probably a stretch. There supposed to be "40 Generations slots" by 2013. Maybe we'll see some of those.

 

I'm thinking we will see in person displays of Voyager Dreadwing, Breakdown and of course Bulkhead and Starscream. Maybe Airachnid and a Jeticon.
I also think we "might" get some sneakpeeks of other figures, maybe a Weaponizer Megatron etc.
