Does anyone have photos of the contest entries? I managed not to take any...doh!

Doesn't seem like the contests get covered in the news section like they used to...

I'm thinking we'll have some coverage when some of our Staffers who attended get home and recoop.

So, no coverage as yet. I wonder why coverage of the art contests is no longer news worthy? Before I could afford to attend Botcon, I always anticipated coverage of the creative entries. They are on the botcon website with poor photos, no titles, and no credits...lame

We had Staff who said they could possibly cover the Creative things there. As with all vacations, people still need time to recover, etc.

It's always a priority of mine to see that it's covered, but I've but I've not been able to actually attend the con in several years, or else I'd simply take care of it myself.

Also, members who have attended are always encouraged to post these sorts of things to assist our News Staff here

I also made a thread in the art section before I saw this thread so I guess if its not needed over there it can be deleted.

Having your work in this thread AND the Customs and/or Fan Art forum is preferred

Not surprisingly the judges once again seem to have picked the customs contest winner at random.

In my opinion, the competition with the customs contest was a bit tight. All of the figures had good quality to them. I feel that they were winners in their own right. The entries in all of the categories looked good.

That Lego Prime looks ok, but I can't see how anyone could think it was better than that Galvatron or Grandus.
