Good questions at this panel so far.
I am really not surprised that Archer suggested Wheeljack.
Very good questions. I think everyone came prepared this time to ask the right questions.
Sol and the guys are doing an awesome job. The updates are awesome...
In other words... "Separate Continuities".
Yeah good questions, apart from the last one. As if the Arcee/Jack shipping wasnt bad enough?
Well, nice to see that we get new guys, and that BB's voice will be one of the first season 2 arcs.
Sadly, no confirmation on Jolt. Grr.
I'm really excited for future episodes now.
Good to hear that the second season will be picking up. The fact that they said that the show was made in ten months when typically shows like it would take two years it a little worrisome, though.
So... basically not much new stuff besides "It's coming in season 2."
Well Knockout is now officially the 'gay' one. Good.
It was a very stupid question though, horrifyingly so. I'm not sure how somebody would even think about that, let alone ask it.
Interesting that Unicron may show up in season 2. Looking forward to learning about the mythos. Only bad news is that they can't afford to have too many new characters. They said they have a limit. I wonder how many it is? We know Ironhide and Dreadwing are coming, I hope Jazz and Shockwave show up.
Glad to hear that season two will have more of a consistent story, so far there's been a fair few dull filler eps that haven't exactly thrilled me but I'm not giving up on the series, it's showed real potential, just seems to be taking it's time getting there.
Uh, why exactly? Should homosexuality be some sort of taboo topic that no-one ever mentions or addresses?
It's not working for me. And ad pops up and the panel goes dark and I can't read anything.
You didn't miss anything. The only new things they spoke about were that they're just now finishing up episode 20, season 2 will be more action-packed than the first, and the bumblebee's-voice-story-arc will come in early season 2.
Asking a robot's sexuality when no robot in the show has shown any signs of having a sexuality is a stupid question, it's not like Knockout even has any stereotypical aspects that TV writers use to connote one's sexuality. I don't know where you got your idea from, probably some white knight knee-jerk reaction. Stop being so sensitive and presumptuous.
I'm not sure I'm the one who needs to stop being so sensitive here. I'm also not convinced that asking about the sexuality of a highly anthropomorphized robot from a franchise with a long history of robot romances is a automatically stupid.
Knock Out has several mannerisms and actions that have been making people question his sexuality since his debut episode. I've seen people throwing around him being an 'evil Tracks' (not saying Tracks is gay, but he does have a certain rep in fandom). He comes across as rather... metrosexual, which some people code as 'gay', whether or not they should. Not to mention the time he wolf-whistled at Prime and made a comment that sounded oddly like he was hitting on him.
Knockout admires attractive vehicles the same way humans do, hence, "nice rims", I wouldn't read any more into it.
This. If you read into it any more than that, you are probably a piece of unfiltered garbage (i.e. the kind of person that cares about robot sex).
