Stoked to smash shit with Warpath. They mentioned a "moment" for him without being specific. That intrigues me. They used the Stratosphere toy as a reference for a cargo plane in the game. Awesome. I bet they ignored the super tiny Prime during that process   That would have been funny to see.

 

Nah, YOU'RE super tiny! Gamespot have a trailer where the whole level is you (as Starscream) vs Stratosphere. You fly as the Raptor jet, making strafing runs on his gun placements, then landing on his wings and duking it out against Autobot reinforcements!

 

And evidently that moment is just him getting killed dead in awesome ways, 'cause he's multiplayer only.

Can't wait to get this game, at least they confirmed there will be a DLC. I wonder who all will be in it?

 

Good to hear that it runs on an improved WfC engine and that some of the issues have been fixed.

Would love to say Prowl but it's probably just the Protectobot model from ROTF.

 

Evidently the big flaw in multiplayer was clipping. Not the matchmaking being afraid to split up a party and creating three teams, or making teams with four people for every one on the other. Not the connection issues, or the lack of host migration, but clipping.

 

Game still looks like unpolished and rough from the trailers, no matter how enthusiastic they are about it. Someone should have at least asked about the migrating host issue that plagued the WFC game.

This. Really. Clipping? Ok somethings looked off, some Transformations were bogus, but CLIPPING? You hit the nail on the head.

Ha ha. That's entirely bullshit. If you're going to be running Peer to Peer as the only way to play your online games you need some sort of host migration to account for Ragequits or connection drops.

Well there goes any chance I would have bought this game.

EDIT:

Because we learned a good many things we didn't know before? Not to many game companies talk about their future projects. High Moon only had a year turnaround for this game, so It's only logical to assume they threw most of their manpower into it. Anything WFC2 based would be entirely conceptual and not worth even mentioning.

Nope Escalation is out it's been confirmed, apparently they didn't have time to include it because of the movie deadline and all.

 

Greeeeat. No Jazz means no worthwhile character DLC. At least put in Arcee because she'll be different.
