Will there be a wide release of the Botcon comic featuring the Stunticons, perhaps on the club store? If so, is there any release date or price information?

I believe they said during the con that a mass market edition will be releasing through Diamond later in the year. So probably around September, you'll be able to find it in your local comic shop.

They normally issue a mass market copy after BotCon, they've done it every year since FunPub took over.

Negative, the first year with the Deathsaurus Collection featuring Flamewar and others from Energon molds did not feature a Mass Market release of the comic.

It started one year later with the Dawn of Future's Past story from the Pre-Beast Wars set. (Which I never got *SIGH*)

I thought the comic this year was pretty good.

BTW, for those who have read it, who's the dude with the Lugnut body mold but different head on the final panel?

Awesome. There's an Atomic Lugnut at. TJMaxx here that I'm thinking about picking up for a Sky Byte. Dunno how I'm going to kitbash a head like Sky Byte's though.

    I wouldn't worry about it. I'm sure they'll do a Sky-Byte next year.

    Sky-Byte! on Twitpic
Small Sky-Byte model from the Animated Tech Spec Litho for reference.

I wonder if that fin would cause clearance problems in transformation.

Hey I'm gonna get that riiigghhhtt......now...ohno..I'm not.

While I'd strecth to the $8.95 for the comic No way am I prepared to pay $32.95 for the cheapest shipping option.

Seriously I am sick of getting screwed by TFCC.

I am NOT going pay $78 for a subscription just because I live in the UK.
Nor am I going to pay the extortionate shipping costs just because I live in the UK.

I missed out on Botcon and all the Animated exclusives because I simply don't have the money to fly from the UK for it, Nor do I havethe money to pay non members prices PLUS HUGE amounts for shipping.

Its like the TFCC is saying 'If you live in the UK and aren't rolling in money you can go f*** yourself'

Seriously I only collect Animated toys...and even then only the Deluxe, voyager and leader classes. It was hard enough to get some of the pieces I have.

    Not happy, people, Not happy
