So is this Thundercracker the AM version I wonder?

Did they say what molds Galvatron and Thundercracker were? Classics or Animated? I'm assuming Animated, but if its Classics I'll have to get TC off eBay.

 

Thank goodness for the Shatterd Glass duo - no desire for them at all. The Autotroopers will fall in right behind the Sweeps and Sharkticon army builders I've never had the money for... grrr

Me too, especially if it's the Classics Seeker mold. We only just THOUGHT the whole Botcon seeker thing was over.

 

Classics. For one, we know from the previous stories that SG Galvatron is based on the Cybertron Evac mold. For two, SG Thundercracker was based on the Classics Seeker mold in 'Shattered Expectations.' For three, numerous people at TFCC stated that not all the con toys would be Animated.

 

Oh crap, SG Galvatron and Thundercracker? damn, eBay here we come.

 

And then years later Hasbro can release TC at retail!

I will be chuffed as nuts either way. If it is Animated though I will be over the moon as I was one of the guys bidding on the animated one on ebay last month

 

OH GOSH! I think i pieced it together. the attendee figures, sideswipe and toxitron will both be in the comic methinks. potentially spoilery speculation ahead.

i believe when there was that bit about how many stunticons there are (5 or 6?), derrick mentioned that this alleged sixth was a failed prototype or something for the other stunticons. considering that toxitron is going to be voyager optimus prime (rather than the more obviosu rts optimus), it's clear that he, along with the already confirmed sideswipe, are to make an appearance in the comic. could it be that toxitron was the predecessor of motormaster?

 

How much do the pairs generally retail at the con for?

Though it's possible the name Fisitron was used as a trademark in this case because Hasbro probably couldn't use Ironfist, it seems like a fair number of people do not recall the connection between Fisitron and Ironfist.

"Fisitron" was Ironfist's (and later, Verity's) pen name when writing the Wreckers: Declassified datalogs in Last Stand of the Wreckers.

 

Isn't the Shattered Glass Universe an exclusive to Botcon/TFCC?

 

While i like the look of Fistitron....because i have no clue who he is and no real attachment for the figure, i can easily see myself selling him off. Same as the Shattered Glass figures, Toxitron and the Autotroopers. I never followed the comics or anything they might have come from and really don't have much interest in them  

 

But they wouldn't sell him as SG TC. SG TC's deco is based off Action Master Thundercracker.
