Special thanks to Jarod for pioneering this guy Only a few minor mods here, for the most part I took a Generations Blurr and swapped heads with Generation Soundwave. Then I swapped spoilers with Drift. and did the waist mod. for this mold. Finally (and the only part I painted) I took the heel bit from Energon Scorponok to make his Engine Gun. I may add the yellow stripes later, but I'm waiting to get some decals printed before I do.
THAT IS AWESOME!!! So simple yet so effective. I loved that guy. Many years ago, when those guys were new in japan, I wandered into a Japanese import store here in the USA called "Winner toy and hobby" and stumbled across him and a few of the other Turbo Masters . I was amazed that these had not made it over to the USA. MAN!! You just brought back an awesome memory. OMG! You have to pink his windows... LINK-BOSS!!
Oh dang. I've been wanting to do this for a while, and seeing how nicely Soundwave's head works, that may have just pushed me to the edge. (then I can use the SW body to make War for Cybertron Mainframe!)
