heres my entry for the boombox comp. may colour before submitting but im definately no colourist.
did the rough pencils for this lil after breaking my drawing wrist so most of this was done with the inking which i did on ms paint.
any crits are welcome

I think this image is pretty damn nice..but I do think you should at least give a try at coloring. Maybe it looks a bit unfinished now compared to other entries..?

The lines are very nice but I think the background looks a bit busy, also his head looks a bit off center, but that could just be because the chest protrudes more than I expect.

 

hopefully with colours the focus would be put on boombox and the background might look better. as for the head, i have had a lot of problems with head positions in the past when the character is in similar positions. so unfortunately you're probably right.
