OP, I hope you see this tread. IF you care about character homage, then its Bludgeon. HOWEVER, IF you don't, I honestly think Banzaitron is cooler. I personally don't give a shit about homages as long as the color looks good.
I have both. And I like the color schemes equally, so I don't have a favorite between the two. I would say get the one that would give you less hassle to obtain. You can't go wrong with either or.

Both are awesome! I'm a sucker for Con military vehicles. They look great together. Hopefully Shockwave will be awesome too and both of them will serve in his personal guard along with Mindwipe and his Con repaint!
Based on what I have seen my vote is for Banzai-Tron. The colours just work more on the mold than on Bludgeon.
I personally like Bludgeon better because that's the character from which the entire mold was designed, and so that's why whenever I see Generations Banzai-tron I still see Bludgeon. But that's just me, they're exactly the same otherwise so if colors isn't a problem then just get the one that you feel is the better one.
I own Bludgeon and he's pretty cool. However I think Banzaitron has a more unique color scheme, so I'd pick him instead.
Bludgeon. The mold was designed for him, plus Banzaitron's color scheme is just a bit odd on Bludgeon's mold. If you can afford it, the Botcon Banzaitron is much more fitting to the original look of Banzaitron and his action master form.
Just ordered Bludgeon and Darkmount from Kmart Didn't read the old threads Went to pick them up from local store...got A mindwipe and a Prime. This was my first time buying a none G1 figure. DON'T ORDER FROM KMART should be stickied!
Personally, Bonzaitron. He looks more villainous and more like he could ruin your shit. He's more metal than Bludgeon (I swear to God, if you make a comment on them being both being robots made of metal)!!!!!! Bonzaitron is based off a goddamn Action Master. You can't be that, can you? I'm going with Bonzaitron, blow me.
I really liked Bonzaitron, when I saw him once, I didn't pick him up, but it may just be the fact that he was in robot mode and in the new packages and looked better in package than just Bludgeon's tank mode. I know the picture is on the back of Bludgeon's, but I am used to those things looking alot better than the toy ever does.
