Andrew Koenig's Body Found in Vancouver Park - omg! news on Yahoo!
I thought this was going to be a thread where someone complains about erectile dysfunction.
That's a shame. I read about his parents (Didn't know his dad was Chekov) walking off the Larry King set before their interview. RIP Boner.
Nevermind. It got deleted on another board. But not here. Delete the other one. My bad
Just read this. Dang... sorry to hear about that. I didn't know that he was the son of the guy who played Chekov in the original Star Trek series.
I remember watching reruns of Growing Pains on the Disney channel, but I barely remember the character Boner.
RIP, Andrew Koenig.
Just heard about this. so sad...
To be honest, so did I...
RIP though. I heard he was going through depression and was off his meds. Sad to hear.
Holy Crap at two things.
1.He's dead!Such a shame
2.There's a Disney character called Boner!?!
Very sad news indeed.
Terrible news. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
The title made me think of erectile dysfunction.....
I was just the other day wondering what ever happened to this guy. Kirk went on to be pretty famous, but he was never heard from again. I always wanted to know what they were thinking when they named his character though. Did the show ever explain that name?
Let's show a little class and knock it off the with jokes.
your not the only one! lol
His last name (on the show) was "Stabone", so I think his nickname was in reference to that. But still, how a character on a major prime time hit got approved with the name "Boner" is pretty unbelievable.
It's the internet. You know these people. There isn't a single "So-and-so found dead" thread where this doesn't happen. What did you expect would happen?
Man that is a shame. My thoughts go out to his friends and family. Whatever he was dealing with, I hope he is at peace now.
as a parent who has three sons my heart goes out to his family. a parent shouldent have to outlive his children. i wouldent know what to do.
His parents made a statement:
