Bonecrusher seems to say a lot of things in the movie but the only line that I can definitively identify is "I hate you!" right before Prime kills him. The rest is not necessarily all grunts and gibberish (he definitely says something after he transforms) but I just can't tell exactly what it is. Youtube videos, however, aren't the best for making these kinds of determinations (you need to be in the theater or watching the movie on a good home theater system). As for Brawlastator's "Reporting" I have a theory that the Decepticon "language" is little more than the lines, recorded in English and than distorted through various means via the computer until they sound like a series of electronic grunts. If you listen carefully, most of the dialog has the same number of syllables as its English equivalent. Therefore, Brawl's "reporting" is just not as heavily garbled as the other bits of dialog.
I watched it yesterday and heard him making noises. If he is actually speaking English, it's hardly what I would call "clear as hell". If it were that easy to tell he was saying anything, there would be no reason to debate the topic.
