I was thinking about this... since Bonecrusher is one of the constructicons and his body was mangled in the first movie, perhaps it is possible to transplant the spark of one TF into a new body when it gets destroyed. With the arrival of the rest of the constructicons perhaps they provide him a new body to house his spark.

 

I doubt you can transplant a dead spark, not to mention names really don't matter, they could just find another generic name like Buckethead or Staplerrific

 

I wouldn't be surprised if the other constructicons would somehow revive Bonecrusher for their team, even if he turns out to be a sparkless slave.

 

Well maybe a spark only dies when it gets injured directly. Bonecrushers head was lopped off, but maybe the spark itself was unharmed. Jazz' was torn in half it looked like.

 

However that's just a MAYBE, and the chances that he's dead are extremely high.

Not a bad idea. I mean they want to make them all alien don't they so taking out his spark chamber and putting it into a new body would be sort of alien.

Plus it would really give him something to be mad about this time
