Went there yesterday with my family. It was very cool, surreal, disgusting, and fascinating at the same time. Its this exhibition where they showcase dissected bodies, organs, anything concerning the human body, but in an educational light, so its not meant to disgust viewers or anything, however, you can't help but be disgusted by some of the stuff you see.

They showed every single organ, bone, body part, development of babies, etc. And they gave a lot of info about everything. The exhibition was separated by the systems, like circulatory system, digestive system, and so on and so forth. Unfortunately, cameras weren't allowed in there, but if you want some information go here. And if you're anywhere near any of the exhibitions, check it out. I highly recommend it.

They have a similar exhibition at the Science Museum of Minnesota and it's been immensely popular. The wife is a nurse and she is going soon with a friend. I'd rather watch Six Feet Under than go see plasticised corpses. Not my scene.

I had a blast--although honestly, I could see it being kind of a downer or even straight up nasty to some folks.

It's touring all around the country, so definitely check the website even if you haven't heard of it in your area.

Dunno if I could go see those on display. Watched a show about the process at one point and that was disturbing enough. Fascinating, but too much for me.

Oh this was in Philadelphia last year. My girlfriend and I went and it was very interesting. She especially enjoyed some of the ones that featured the inner workings of the head, ear and what not since shes a speech pathology major. Real neat

I actually went on Friday with a date. Pretty good time. What amazes me is how well they preserved the bodies. I wonder what it feels like. There are cameras everywhere so you can't touch them.....

I went to this while in Japan.

Scarily enough, over there it was a popular date destination.
