Here is the nearly completed robot mode Silverbolt, the credit goes out to a couple guys for inspiration but I'll do the full write up when he is done.

Looks good. Heads a bit off, it should be longer and thinner, but Im sure once painted it will look much better!

I would have liked to make the neck longer to help the proportions of the head but there are space limitations and yes it will transform. It won't be the perfect represention but I think it will still be an inprovement over the original. The wings won't parts form but they will be removable as they cause the bot mode to suffer.

Here is a mock up from a year ago

The wings come from a gundam kit. I believe Wing Zero can't remember the scale but I pretty sure its the mid-level version.

    And thanks for the compliment.

So I finally got off my butt and finished the fabrication for Silverbolt. I got the beast head in, the wings on, and the tail feathers attached. The Condor mode was always expected to be the weaker mode but I think it close enough that people will understand what I was going for and I think that it turned out better than the official figure.

I really don't like parts forming so I designed the wings to be fully intergrated into the transformation. They store on the back and will hopefully be less noticable when painted.

But knowing that it would still look not great, I made them easily removable.

You've certainly got my attention. How big is he, and what is the base figure you used? Looking forward to seeing future updates, so keep 'em coming!

He looks really awesome! Silverbolt was my favorite character in BW and the figure was awesome. Then BM came out and I loved him in the show, but the figure was a big let down.

Keep up the good work and please show us the final results! :D

A much-needed improvement done exceedingly well. Just be careful when you paint it - that tends to be a stumbling block for this sort of project.

He is about 7.5 inches tall but his legs are extendable and depending on his leg bends he can go up and down a little.

The base figure is the universe version of Nightslash Cheetor.

The next step is finishing, i have to do some apoxy/detail work and sanding. Than the paint job which will be crazy hard so it might take a while but hopefully I stay motivated and get it done in a decent amount of time.

This looks pretty good so far. I thought BM was a pretty well done show, especially in ther second season.
