Here's my finished BM Silverbot. Ani Swoop has potential for a few customs and Silverbolt was the first I had to do.

I couldn't find my BM DVD, at first, so I only had the toy to go off of. I had forgotten that the animation didn't have the, eyebrow, feathers that the toy did. I finally wised up and removed them but then I had to do something I usually try NOT to do. I removed the robot, hair tie, since it was now completely visable without the eyebrows/feathers.


The addition of the tail and the remolding of the beak were the main mods with a few cuts, here and there. The tail really works great for the robot mode but The yellow beak isn't hidden in bot mode, so that is the main difference from the CGI.


I made a sword from Swoops handle, just for the heck of it, but, IMO, if BM Silverbolt had a sword, it should be a Samurai sword. I also made tail-feather missles/knives but the hands cannot hold them. (also shown is the hair tie).


This is the picture that came with the DVD and I used it for color placement.
It should be Hasbro, Mainframe or Rhinomation, copyright, but it doesn't say anything.

Very cool. This mold works great as BM Silverbolt with some nice mods to it. Awesome job!

This is ridiculous. It looks simply amazing, and I hate BM Silverbolt. Wow, this is so much better than the original figure.

ha, that works surprisingly well. Who cares if it's not BM accurate, it's Animated, not BM   I like the look with the beak on the chest.

 

If possible ,I'd like to see a tutorial on how you managed to create and attach the tail wings in condor a bot mode .I bought ani swoop just the other day to actually give this a try .This is a really great custom for my favorite character.

 

You're making the Beast Machines line straight from the factory look bad. Then you're turning around and making other toys look good. As Beast Machines. My hat's off to you for all of this, sir  

 

That is awesome, I love BM Silverbolt's design. It's a shame his basic toy is godawful. This... I would buy this. Fantastic job, good sir!
