I wanted to give my Blurr a head more reminiscent of the style featured in the G1 cartoon. I used the head from a Cybertron Blurr for my Generations Blurr. I'm hesitant to call this a "custom" as the head from Cybertron Blurr fit on the Generations Blurr with very little modification. In any event, I'm very pleased with the result. See below pics:

Looks great. I like it better than the IDW head.

Nice, I considered doing this but the face sculpt is a little bland looking for the body style. Been thinking about doing a "Face Transplant" for awhile now

Great minds! I had Unicron-9 do this for me a while back, but we tweaked the blue on the head to make it match a little better. I love it! (a pic of mine)

Customization shouldnt be judged by the amount of work it takes to create the custom. A simple black outline of parts can make a good figure great. Thus a head swap can do the same. On a side note. I tried a head swap that ended in disaster and now my custom Megatron has a non moving head on a tiny neck. Good one!

That works very nicely. I've long considered this, nice to know it's super easy.

I still would prefer he be a "space car" though :)
