Though I appreciate the level of detail involved and the effort that you guys went into keeping Bluestreak recognizable for the most part (the head chevron is a nice touch), his face evokes Bludgeon's pretender appearance (think the skull face) more than it does Bluestreak. Simplification could probably solve that.
Great job capturing the movie style aesthetic, it's beautifully detailed an nicely designed.
My only gripe would be the fog in the foreground which makes parts of the picture feel visually cluttered.
wowzers. that looks pro dude/dudette.
you know I just came back to this and realized that there a few other things that look slightly off, mainly that Bluestreak's thumb should be perpendicular to his index finger if he's resting a considerable amount of weight on that area (it will act as a more stable support).
I don't know, it could just be the perspective.
And..... dirty that Autobot logo. The rest of him looks pretty grimy, yet the Autobot logo is untouched. Also, it looks very Photoshopped as it were an afterthought (I say that because you have a "Drop Shadow" effect applied which really doesn't work since it's either a sticker or part of the actual paint job and thus wouldn't cast a shadow). And Last but not least, I would add white trim to the Autobot logo to help break up the blue and red a bit.
Sorry for all of that. Despite using the 2007 movie aesthetic (which I hate), I can still appreciate the hard work that both of you put into this and from the perspective of a CG fan and fellow artist and hope that my crits can be of some small assistance, if any.
Btw, why would Bluestreak, who turns into a sports car, have a chaff launcher from an M1 Abrams Battle tank on his shoulder?
Forgot about this. Actually, I only did the head. Jolin did all the really great stuff, i.e. the body and B/G.
