    Blue Seeker: Cryonaut (Dirge Parts-Swap)

Hello and welcome to a thread featuring my next atempt at a blue seeker. He's not a member of the rainmakers, but an original seeker with the power to harness the cold. Thundercracker hasn't come out at my Walmart yet, so I was forced to use parts from a Dirge and Universe Starscream. The paintscheme is based loosely on classics starscream. Behold...

    Cryonaut

    Air Warrior

"You must posses a spark of Ice in battle!"

Cryonaut was a Scientist on cybertron who enjoyed traveling to and studying planets with cold climates. He'd become facinated with finding applications for the cold, so when the great war on cybertron was heating up, Cryonaut developed many freezing weapons to use in combat. He attacks using Ice Missiles which, upon impact, can encase an average autobot within ice, setting them up for a fatal hit. His ultimate creations are his Absolute Zero Missiles. These rounds will freeze an enemy down to −273°C, causing them to disintegrate, as their molecular structure can no longer hold together. He seems to put on a fierce and courageous face, but his only real reason to fight for the Decepticons is his fear of Megatron.

Love the paint job in jet mode and bot mode but jet the most. Great job!

sweet story behind him, probably could have made him a rainmaker instead, but still, lovely paintjob.

Nicely done! I like the story behind the figure. It gives it a sense of realism to it.

Like the bio, the paintjob, and the name of him, Cryonaut. You know he's kinda like Mr. Freeze of the Decepticons. LOL But thats my honest opinion.

Thank you. Lol, You would. You used the same color pallete for Maestro Prime!

Thanks. Yeah, that was my first thought, but I like the notion that, without his Ice weapons, he would just be a generic seeker, and not a powerful rainmaker. He would be no match for the likes of Hailstorm or Hydrostorm.

Thanks, Dark. I know enough about transformers that if the toy doesn't blow you away, the character has to (Just look at the G1 megatron!) Plus, Star Trek has taught me to put some science into my science fiction!

Yup, Thanks. I can definately see him as his human counterpart.

    Duly appreciated!

Congratulations, You now have an Evil Decepticon Warmonger named after you!

More comments, please! :)  Positive or negative, I care about your thoughts.
