Well, I thought I shouldn't hijack Malach Ra's thread on the Gold-clawed version of Black Lio Convoy, so decided to post this one up as a separate. If this isn't allowed, just merge please. === Got the more common blue-claw version of black Lio Convoy couple of days ago, and decided to picture-whore it. The results came out better than expected, so I just wanted to share, since there didn't seem any pictures of this version on Seibertron. Hurray for BLACK repaints! Toys 'R Us Limited Edition Comic Bonbon Black Lio Convoy. ^ Uh... I'm guessing the TF manga was published by Comic BonBon, that's why we got this release. Maybe? Looks oddly... friendly like this. Have to love all the little gimmicks. Him being black makes those teeth stand out all the more. Maximal mark kind of ruins it for me... Would prefer the Autobot one, but oh well. ---- For those who hate repaints, come on... between this version and the regular white one, most would have to admit black kicks so much more arse. Great toy, amazing array of gimmicks, totally cool-looking, but the fragility of the mane bits definitely does not make it one for the impatient. Please feel free to post pictures of yours!

Awesome dude. How much did you get him for? I just bought the white one, and I think I might actually double dip on this mold. I'm also looking for the RM Lio Convoy and its black version, AND Big Convoy and its black counterpart.

I got mine for USD75 (MISB). Box looked like UPS had a go at it though... But since I was going to open him up anyway...
