At a glance this might just look like a repaint, but check out the head. It has a fully re-sculpted skull face. This head is a cast duplicate of the first one that I made. He still needs a little work, but once he's done, I'm going to put him up on ebay. For now, I'm enjoying him and I hope you all do as well.
I also clipped off the little wheels on the bottom of his treads to give him a more realistic profile while sitting on a hard surface.

This is my favorite take on the skull face so far, I like that you didn't go too extreme with it.

every time i see one of these 'repaint/new head' bludgeons i have to fight my annoyance at the fact people cant stop giving the robot a human skull. sure it looks more like the bludgeon from the comics but there is a difference between a pretender shell and the robot. what next? a homage to octopunch is released and everyone has to give it the monster head?

Thank you so much everyone! You're all very kind. Sorry I haven't responded sooner, but I've been working on my Monster-Faced Octopunch figure.
Most of the paint is just weathering with flat black washes, dry brushing and stippling with a very worn out brush. The orange is just dirtied up. The jungle camo is Tamaya flat brown. I based it on a picture of the tank that Blud's alt mode is based on. I still have to go back and re-dirty it so it blends in better. All of the metallic highlights are Tamayacolor "chrome" drybrushed over the details. It's not really chrome. It's just slightly shiner silver.
He's almost done, but I've still got all of the detailing in the backpack to get to.
I haven't done anything else to him yet, but I can show you the light piping at work in the eyes. Here's a little trick I've picked up: use a laser pointer on light-piped eyes and it looks fantastic!
Also, don't display this guy with his sword out if it's hotter than 70 degrees Fahrenheit, or he'll end up looking like he's just taken his noodle for a dip in the pool.

Anyway, thanks to what Alphamagnus has been doing with his own awesome Bludgeon custom, I am reminded that I've been putting off making a flag of my own for too long. Since he's got the cool Japanese-style standard covered, I went with a more western look. The flag itself is sheet styrene, cut to shape and softened with a cigarette lighter. I was careful not to let the flame actually touch the plastic, so it isn't singed or deformed, just softened and lightly warped by hand. It takes a lot of practice to not burn yourself doing stuff like this, so if you want to try, be careful and have some cold water near by. Never bathe a plastic part in flame for more than a split second unless you really want to destroy it (which I understand that you might want to do). If you need to touch the heated part by hand, wait a few seconds and then lick your fingertips. Thanks to it's consistency, spit will stay on your fingers better than plain water. (I'm sorry if that's too gross for some of you, but yes, my spit has been on many of my customs, but don't worry, I wipe it off and typically paint over it.)
I gave the flag pole two attachment points so it can sit at the right angle in both modes. It's made from two gauges of styrene tube. I pulled out the rubber antenna thing on the top of the turret and drilled out the hole to make the female attachment point on the turret. (tee hee) The flag slips on from the top and can turn. It's held on with a wide, flat screw that I salvaged from some other toy. It's just screwed into the top of the tube.
I'll take better shots of him and the flag when I do a final shoot with him later.
Thanks for looking! Crits and comments are always welcome.
