From the looks of the pictures and the review, the blu-ray seems a lot better than the DVD. XD

Can't wait for it to come out here in Australia someday. :D

If I had my way, there wouldn't be a DVD version and everyone would have to buy the bluray version. This show was made for widescreen HD, something that DVD cannot replicate. Anyone who buys the DVD is doing themselves a disservice.

    Bumblebee audio commentary? Oh lord.

But hey, they got Jefferey Combs to commentate on the 'roid-up Ratchet episode. That sounds pretty sweet.

What?! I must have this. I must find myself a region-free Bluray player.

Hey, do we know if the DVD version has all the same extras on it? If this is region locked then there's no point in me importing it, but I'll get the DVD if it's got the commentaries.

    I've got the Bluray preordered.
    I can't wait!
The only format I've been able to watch it in is standard non HD mini blurr screen on my HD tv. I don't understand why DirectTV doesn't offer The Hub in HD (at least in my area).

Not everyone has a bluray, so essentially you'd rather people not own it if they can't get bluray.

Why wouldn't it be better? Isn't filet mignon better than ground chuck?
    Try the filet. It's glorious.

Doing myself a disservice buying the DVD version and proud of it. The show is, without question, infinitely better in HD. Everyone knows that, but saying that people should have to buy the Blu-Ray or not buy it at all is just ridiculous. Not everyone can afford to run out and impulse buy a new HDTV and Blu-Ray player just for one little cartoon, no matter how great said cartoon is.

Blurays aren't exactly expensive anymore. I don't have an HD tv but I do have a PS3 so bluray all the way for me. Plus I know some people with HD tvs I can watch it on.

This is a must buy. Gotta get the Blu Ray, it's going to be glorious.

Can't wait to hear the commentaries too, especially Cullen and Combs.

$39.99 for the Blu Ray right now at Amazon. They tend to have the best deals for DVDs and Blu Rays, right?
