yeah it does... can you believe they actually made more than one of something!
I did the glowing veins but gotta get my pic set back up to really see it.

I switched it to purple.. but the camera still makes it look blue!

Well, I used an enamel flat gray and airbrushed shading and then dry brushing with grays, white, and silver...

Yeah I know.. I thought at Botcon they showed them with light up features as well... but I guess not..

So I finished him, for the most part put gotta get my photoset back up.

Wow I LOVE how screen accurate and appropriately evil that steel plating on him looks. So much better than just spraying him in chrome. Rather than overly bright LEDs like he is going nuclear, he actually looks like his seams are streaming with dark energon.
Can't wait to see this done.

Thanks.. Chrome was an idea I kicked around. And as Always, I like LEDs to add to a custom, and I feel what I did was perfect for what I wanted.

 

Perfection. Best one I have seen so far.
Again, that glowing seam effect is what really makes it rock. I usually don't like LEDs much myself because they are almost always used for the eyes, which usually means the eyes look dead unless you flick a switch. This is what I call a perfect use for LEDs though, and not overly bright either.
It's rare I ever want to commission a customizer to do something for my own collection, being a customizer myself, but this is one of those times.

 

MUCH BETTER! that looks insanely awesome man! the only thing left is doing the vein patterns but i dont blame you for not doing it. that to me is more of a personal preference for ones own collection to justify the effort.

The mold does lend itself very well to repaints and other modifications, if for no other reason that the figure is molded with a lot of detail that is screaming for a paint job!
