This is one of my attempts at a custom kitbash. I am definitely relatively new to this community and am just learning, so please bare with me.

Lately I have seen a number of attempts to do customs of Blitzwing, but I have noticed that almost all of them have the same problem in common..that you can see the tank treads while in jet mode! I for one wanted to try to eliminate that problem. I have chosen these 3 bots as possible candidates for this custom: ROTF Voyager Class Bludgeon, Animated Blitzwing, and Classics Jetfire.

Please..let me know what you all think. Any and all opinions, comments, suggestions, ideas..are very welcome.

I always thought that if your good at scratch building with styrene this could be solved...
or possibly make add-on parts with 3D software and use shapeways printouts etc.

but those choices you've made could work but will be a hell of a job :D

Are you thinking about having the treads roll up and out of the way in jet mode? if so, i'd maybe look at ROTF rampage since he has longer sections of rubber treads.

Very curious to see how this unfolds. I've been puzzling over the same issue.
