Hey all. I was bored today, and happend to find a picture of two Shockwave drones in G1 (what I call the oddley colored Shockwaves that appeared in G1 from time to time) that were in Blitzwing colors (photo below for reference). I thought they looked pretty cool, and decided to do a digibash of what a toy of them would look like (using the unused Titanium Shockwave design for a base). I might turn this guy into a custom character later on, and if they ever release that version of Shockwave in any form, or if they update him with a similar toy (not sure what his Animated counterpart will look like), I might just kitbash this. For now, here's the digibash that I did. Thanks for looking.

I might do it, but, I've got some other digibashes and project ideas that I want to work on before that.

    Thanks :D .

It could. The only pieces I see a little difficult would be the wings.

I'm not sure how to help you. I've never heard of pictures just not appearing, but if it were Red x's, I would at least have some ideas as to what the problem is. All I can think of is that they aren't loading for you or something.

It's nothing personal, but, could we keep this topic off of Hasbro and the Titanium line?

Again, nothing personal, but, any comments on the digibash that I did? (same to those who also didn't comment on the digibash, that is why I posted this thread).

hmm in the reference pick it looks more Devastator green than yellow give it a shot with the dev green so we can see what that might look like.

Other than the yellow looks good

    Awesome digibash man!

If that mold was to ever be released you should do it,if it was released that is.

    Thanks :D .

I personally prefer the look of the tan (makes his name make sense). Just out of curiousity I did a little color change to the digibash to see what it would look like if it was more green.

They could still release it. It would fit in nicely with the Univers line as a Deluxe, and in all-plastic.

I hope they do eventually release it under the Universe line,it's too good of a mold to just let to go to waste and besides if it doesn't ever get released then you can't make a kitbash of it.

The toy gun laws might have wrecked the color scheme though.

Did we ever get a picture of the alt mode? I can't see how it could transform into a gun. Assumign what was displayed was even finished.

Yeah, the paper in front of him has a picture of his alt-mode on it. It's actually very G1 Shockwave like. If he was released, I don't think we would have to worry about the toy gun laws this time, as 1.) He barely looks anything like a gun to begin with, and 2.) His coloration would look nothing like a gun. The prototype shown is the step right before the mold making process (at least I'm really sure of that).

Gotta say I like the green.

Coming from a Color Theroy perspective the direct contranst between the Green and the purple finishes it along side the red accents. IMHO
