    Also, Southern Style Chicken Sandwich > Chicken Selects > Chicken Nuggets. (Ironic part is that they probably all come from....whatever this is.)

    Its most likely some manner of chicken slurry, an emulsion of finely ground chicken meat, grain or rice based filler, seasoning, and likely some manner of binding agent.

    ^This sums it up nicely. My job takes me into all kinds of manufacturing facilities. I've seen way nastier stuff come out of an extruder than than this.
