Neat, this could be a very interesting issue.
yeah i am def going to have to check this one out i still have to get the Galvatron, Megs and Optimus spotlights tho
Alex's cover = sex.
Pure win,I Might buy this,I hope they do a Spotlight for Soundwave.
They already did.
That was like the first issue ....
When is the Blaster spotlight coming out?
Lol This spotlights going to ROCK!
Man that really peeks my interest now.
If your idea of "sex" is "busy and way too cluttered with detail, especially when uncolored".
Sounds like he'll start off as cartoon Blaster, and have a life changing event like... Scrounge dying... to make him become more like the Marvel Blaster.
Sounds fun to me, if that's the case.
I was never a huge fan of Blaster, but the Spotlights have been fun reads. I"m looking forward to picking this one up.
This could be fun to read.
Just the silly question of today: is it neccesary to read all the Spotlight issues? Because I only have a few and I dont know if its relevant to read them all. Thanks.
if you're just collecting the -ation series of comics then you're missing out on a lot. spotlights fill in the gaps of the storyline that the -ations don't have room to cover, they explain who the characters are so that the -ations don't have to waste space in doing so and they offer clues to upcoming -ation stories.
the individual spotlights don't usually require you to read a previous one to understand the one you're reading but it all ties together if you collect everything.
i recommend you pick up the spotlight trade paperback or hunt down the ones you're missing. they're well worth it.
Yah- they're not essential reading, but they give a lot of good backstory. Oh, and Kup's was highly entertaining. I also recommend the Spotlight TPBs, if you're reading IDW's other TF material.
Now I'm much more interested in the drawings that were posted earlier, the mystery is calling me.
