    i haven't really been excited about metalocalypse since the second season started. i could be way off but the first couple episodes i watched seemed less parodied and more serious. and i definitely knew metal kids who were serious about this show, i always watched it because of my dislike of metal.

    I don't think appealing to those that actually hate metal is the aim. May be why it wore off for you.

    Meh,on the previous website i was on these 2 guys were and still are hardcore dethklok fans and they were probably the most irritating thing in my entire life so far,if i said i liked muse better than dethklok then they would change my post and give me a warning,and when i listened to there songs i thought christian bale was trying to sing in his batman voice which i said in another thread i hate.......so no offence to any metalocalypse or dethklok fans but..........I HATE DETHKLOK!

    well i wouldn't say i hate metal, but 'wearing off' is probably the best way to explain it. i never thought of it that way.
    I did think the first season was side-splittingly funny but maybe i should give season two another chance.
