Maybe she is beautiful underneath like someone else said...but beautiful for an organic, which is something she detests, so regardless, she will consider herself deformed. It's like, what if you got turned into what orcs would consider a beautiful orc woman, you would still think yourself repulsive to your race's standards. I'm sucha nerd.
More to the point, where the forklift is Blackarachnia? What was she up to between crying and arsing about on the ice? How does she spend her time now? Has she got an important crossword to finish? Is she at an anonymous transorganic support group? Chatting online with Lockdown and Soundwave? (imabitpartdecepticon.gov.us -> boards -> leadership and organisation -> screamer is immortal lulz!!!1!1) Catching up on the contemporary Motown scene? Making devious plans? Fishing? Shopping? Not sleeping with the producers of this show, evidently.
Being 'organic' she probably has to spend her time 'eating' to keep her organic parts going. Which is probably pretty tedious and annoying for a robotic organism. It reminds me of the Fairly Odd Parents when the fairies became human and they were suffocating and Timmy said "hey! Remember you have to Breathe now, you are human!" And Cosmo said "what? all the time?" Being organic and the things needed to keep her going have got to be horribly annoying and she resents them.

Her location and activities since Megatron Rising are apparently made clear in "Black Friday" I suppose the bigger question is "Why, exactly, does she count as a Decepticon - and one who's in their title sequence montage, yet?" She effectively left the 'Cons after the Starscream-inspired fiasco in Transform & Roll Out - unlike Lugnut & Blitzwing, she never intended to go looking for Megatron or avenge him, and she wasn't out to follow Starscream. She's a Decep only in the sense that she's "not an Autobot" Bigger question - why doesn't she (or at least her "organic half") age if she needs to eat? (and she certainly needs to breathe per Megatron Rising 2, so eating would logically follow) She's been in her current state for at least, what, sixty years or so?
