Minor/Repaint: Black optimus prime revamp with buster prime chrome and gun

    ok , i love the buster prime figure but i soon as i got Black optimus prime japan exxclusive i wanted the gun and the chrome on him..so i started and but not finish yet and ended giving the yellow sword from buster prime......i will probably finish by tonight...here are some pictures what i have done...

    Agreed. Now I ask myself what in the world Takara was thinking when they made the swords blue rather than the obvious yellow/orange to go along w/ the flames. Those are much much more fitting than the blue ones. I might have to make that change myself from my now redundant original version Prime.

    Yes, how are you removing the pins? (I would like to know for when I want to get some parts chromed).

    To remove the pins...I'm very careful, but I'm using a rubber hammer and very small stencil that fits in the hole...you have to punch it out from the correct side. If you do it from the wrong side, the pin won't come out.I'm finally done , I will be posting pics sooon...and for the gas tank you have to remove the hinges that hold the gas tanks on buster prime..

    Very nice sir. I did the red LED in the head, now you make me want to swap the blue for the silver parts. I think I might definitely swap the swords. The "flame" swords are w/o a doubt much more fitting and in line w/ the rest of the figure.
