It\'s a bit late but it does look good.

 

I love this overall. He was the weakest of the set after Wildrider. Having Optimus legs instead of the cab legs was a huge mistake. We get one chance to get a Motormaster and he's 50% Optimus, totally unnecessary and thoughtless.

That said, the robot face here could use some work as it looks awkward. But I'm very insterested if they tweak it.

 

I like the overall proportions more than the current PE add on. I'll most likely buy this, as it looks pretty good in all modes and then mix and match some parts from the PE set. Also, I Really want to see the G2 version of this.

I wanna see how he looks with other CW and UW figures in terms of quality and style and scale and I'll need to see if he is as fiddly as the LAST time someone tried this but...they got my attention.

 

The HAsbro limbs are pretty awkward anyway... is there a point to salvaging the official combiner?  

 

This is really cool. If it does well, I'd like to see what other combiner upgrades they could do. Would love to see a Leozack and Jallguar for Liokaiser. Thats the combiner in biggest need of an improvement, IMO.

 

They were alright. I hated Motormaster.

Looks real cool but I don\'t need (or particularly want) my CHUG figures to be very G1 accurate. The updated designs are kind of what makes my CHUG collection what it is, and worth having. Otherwise I\'d just sell them all and collect only Masterpiece.
Of course then I wouldn\'t have all of the characters I have in CHUG form until around the year 2200 though...

Wouldn't the alt mode have the same issues as Lone Wolf? Meaning a very small cab and out of scale compared to the other Stunticons?

 

It’s almost an updated g1 motormaster, which is fine by me.

 

I am totally open to this, Motormaster (and Menasor) is a hole in my collection. I packed up Menasor due to how bad MM brought the overall set down (even with PE upgrades, which were currently crumbling away) so as long as the price is right this is a purchase consideration!

 

Bingo! If they can do that I' m buying.
Might pick this guy up after all depending on price and size though.
The altmode is more accurate and would help differentiate him from my BC Prime/Thunderclash custom.

 

The arms and head on the bot mode look terrible and the proportions of the combined mode are iffy. What is it about Motormaster/Menasor that is so impossible to make a good figure of? I'd honestly settle for a blown-up and improved PCC huffer/crankcase at this point.
