To my knowledge, I know of the: T.H.S. - 02 Black Lio Convoy Nemesis Prime of Big Convoy Slightly Darker Nemesis Prime of Big Convoy Black Armada Prime Nemesis Black Alternator Nemesis Prime, also the one from Wonderfest I believe Scourge from RiD of course Scourge spychanger as well And yeah... After that, I have no idea. I'm attempting to somewhat collect as many of these guys as possible, so let me know, thanks. Also, and photos of unmentioned black convoys are welcomed, I'de love to actually see them as well. If anyone also has any info on the Sand Diego Bot Con release of a Black Convoy painted Classic Prime, let me know as well.
IIRC, there was an official Takara black G1 Convoy, issued at a Japanese toy convention at some point back in the mists of time. Clearly there's black KOs of the G1 Prime on eBay, but that convention one was the only legit version - so that's another for your list, but it's probably absurd money...

In another thread I gave you a link with the only picture we have of that Classics Nemesis Prime to go on for comic-con 08. The only other information I can offer is that if you can't attend, bigbadtoystore.com should have some as well as your local collector shop and of course ebay. If you can attend…you will have to hunt down the Hasbro rep to get a ticket…then you will have to go line up to see what times you can stand in line to collect the exclusives.
I'm so glad I don't feel the need of getting all Black Primes...Once you started, I'm pretty sure you start buying black version of all characters and Takara loves making them, often as exclusives. Having said that I wouldn't mind NQ Convoy, he looks chunky enough to join my Black Convoy/Scourges.

Would Galva-Lio Convoy count? Also, Armada Nemesis Prime was a mass-release, not an exclusive. And Universe Nemesis Prime was a Target exclusive, not KB Toys'. There's also a gold and black version of TM Optimus Primal that was a Lucky Draw, although I can't quite remember if it's the full size version or the smaller simplified version of the toy.

NQ is Powermaster Prime with special Black Hole armor/coating for high gravity environments and used it to withstand the extreme gravitational forces to acquire Nucleon from the event horizon of a Black Hole. - Black WST Prime No Story. Beast Wars: - Onyx Primal (Bat Primal repaint) (Botcon '96 exclusive) Good guy. - Black Lio Convoy Bad guy. Appeared in episode 16 of Beast Wars II, a creation of a black stone which creates an evil version of anything it is exposed to, the same stone created an all black version of BB which was even more evil then BB and later Lio Convoy. - Black Big Convoy Super Good Guy. Appeared in the manga. Created by Vector Sigma to destroy the invading Blendtrons. - Universe Nemesis Prime (different Big Convoy repaint) (Target exclusive) Bad guy. Doesn't the back of the box that the T.H.S. - 02 comes in explain Optimus turning all black? It's in Japanese, so I can't read what's goin' on.
Black WST Convoy is unofficial product made by a KO group. Just a note for the list. Otherwise seems pretty comprehensive. I have the majority of these too. Only missing Black Big Convoy, whose after-market price is effing stupid since it was a widely released store exclusive.
EFF, is that the system they're going to stick by? Pretty damned lame system, if you ask me. In the midst of the chaos, someone could easily get two, three or four tickets and be able to go through the line numerous times for numerous purchases.
